No, payment in full is due May 9, 2018.
Yes, they do have to be consecutive. Any additional weeks can be added and do not have to be consecutive.
Once registration is processed, the deposit and any tuition paid is fully refundable if enrollment changes are made by March 1. The deposit is refundable if enrollment changes are made by March 1.
After March 1, if a camper fails to attend, withdraws, or experiences incomplete attendance for any reason, no refund of any deposit or tuition paid will be made. This applies to all camp programs, including AM/PM care. If you withdraw your child for any reason after March 1, we will credit your family’s account for the summer of 2019. Switching weeks is possible at any time, without penalty, as long as there is availability in the camper’s age group.
Although we would like to help as many children attend Nobles Day Camp as possible, we have limited funds for camper assistance. We do offer a sliding scale fee for the following 2 week blocks: Week 1 & 2 or Week 7 & 8. For more information and the application, click here or call the camp office.
This add-on program is available Monday through Friday. It is a supervised program including a choice of activities. There is an additional cost for this program. You can select the days you want since extended options are available on a daily or weekly basis. You should register at least a week in advance. To register for this option, you can go to our website or you can call the day camp office.
Morning Care 7:00–8:30 am $15/day or $60/week
Stay and Play 2–4 pm (only available to 9 am–2 pm campers) $24/day
Afternoon Care 4–6 pm $24/day or $100/week
Campers have the option to purchase a lunch or bring their own picnic lunch to camp. We do not allow peanut butter or tree nut products.
Nobles Day Camp is nut aware, meaning Nobles Day Camp will not serve any food with peanuts or tree nuts. We ask our campers and staff to NOT PACK PEANUT BUTTER OR ANY NUT PRODUCTS in their lunches or snacks.
Please check all food labels to be sure they do not say:
- “contains peanuts”
- “may contain peanuts”
Sunflower butter and soy butter are great substitutes for a PB & J.
- Campers are not permitted to share or exchange food
- Snack and lunch are closely monitored
- All staff members are EpiPen trained
Transportation will be offered either one way or round trip to:

- Newman School
- Westwood High School
- Brookline High School
- Baker School
- Shaw’s Plaza
- Waban Library
Offered on a first come-first serve basis. Register early, as we had to wait list many campers last summer.
The bus will leave the bus stops between 8:00 and 8:15 am and get to camp by 8:30.
The bus will leave Nobles Day Camp by 4:00 pm and get to the bus stops around 4:15.
- Morning drop-off begins at 8:30am and afternoon pick-up begins at 4:00pm.
- The camp day starts at 9:00am
- Camp ends at 4:00pm
- AM Care (7:00-8:30) and PM Care (4:00-6:00) are available
- Carpool lists are available for all families that request them on the registration form.
There are 3 registered nurses on site during camp hours. Many of our staff are certified in CPR and First Aid. The entire camp staff is trained on how to use an EpiPen.
We have a no tolerance bullying policy.
Our counselors receive training on our Behavioral Management Plan.
Our goal is to provide the best experience for your child. We strongly encourage a tour of our campus and an overview of the program prior to registering.
Due to the many transitions that occur during the day, children that require para-professional services in school often will need the same assistance in camp.

We are fortunate with our access to indoor facilities, so, on rainy days, most of our activities run as scheduled or we will provide an alternate activity location. We provide shuttle service to areas of the camp so campers stay dry and are still able to choose the activity they want. Proper rain gear is still suggested.
All staff members and volunteers are required to complete a CORI and SORI each season. In addition, they are fingerprinted through a national FBI search. All employees must submit an application, 3 written references and are personally interviewed. The majority of our staff is personally connected with current Nobles Day Camp staff or Noble and Greenough school employees.
American Red Cross certified swimming instructors/lifeguards work with each child and help them progress in their swimming skills. To determine their swimming ability, campers will be tested and placed in the appropriate Red Cross level.
Owls Nest Swimming Program:
All Owls Nest Campers participate in a daily instructional swim lesson. Our 9 am–4 pm campers receive an additional free swim period.
NDC 1– 7 Grade:
All NDC Campers participate in a daily instructional swim lesson. Our 9 am–4 pm campers receive an additional free swim period.
Since older campers take frequent field trips, instructional swim is not provided for the Eights and Nines. When they are at camp, they will follow a typical camp schedule. They can choose from a variety of activities and will have a block of free swim time.

On our application, you have the option of requesting one friend. The other camper must also request your child as a friend on their application form. Each camper must be the same age and entering the same grade in the fall.
